About Us
Your technology partner since 1999
From our data centre in Toronto, we help businesses get online, stay secure and grow with technology that just works.
Welcome to Dot Internet Solutions
Since 1999, Dot Internet Solutions Inc. has helped businesses build a presence on the web, and then make the most of it. From our data centre in Toronto, Canada, we help clients near and far securely extend their infrastructure into the cloud.
At the core of our business is a commitment to IT solutions that are fast, reliable and safe, every time. We offer more than products and services. We share our expertise, so our clients see us as a partner in helping them become more competitive.
Our mission
Make technology an asset for your business, not a problem. We’ve seen too many IT firms recommend solutions that don’t fit the client. We won’t bring you down in the middle of the day because it suits us. We work around your business, and as you grow, we grow with you.
The Dot philosophy
We do more than IT support. We take the time to understand your business before recommending or implementing anything, so you get the highest quality technical and strategic support, built around your goals.
What our customers say
I have been working with Dot for over 10 years now and my experience has been nothing but fantastic. Mike has always been available and supportive to assist me with any problems with my email, website and IT issues. He has always made time for me and has repeatedly offered effective advise when needed, even sometimes after hours. I have been solicited for cheaper rates on many occasion but in my 20 years in business I have learned that great service is worth a few extra dollars and Dot has been worth every penny. Highly recommend all services for big or small company needs and thank you Mike for everything you have done for me through the years
Dot Internet Solutions have been absolutely great in registering and maintaining our domains, they have also built and maintained several websites for us at reasonable cost and are always available with knowledgeable advice. Very highly recommended.
Knowing my sites are hosted with Dot Internet Solutions means I have no worries. They are on call and on point any time I’ve needed them.
