Dot Internet Solutions Inc. – Equipment Rental Terms
Dot Internet Solutions Inc. provides rental equipment to clients as part of managed service engagements,
temporary projects, and emergency replacement scenarios. All rental hardware remains the exclusive
property of Dot Internet Solutions Inc. at all times.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the proper care, use, and return of all rented equipment.
If equipment is lost, stolen, damaged, or not returned, the client is financially liable for the full
replacement cost as outlined below.
Replacement Costs
Replacement costs vary by device class. Current standard rates include:

Replacement fees are due immediately upon invoice and are enforceable under the rental agreement and
applicable laws.
Ownership
All rented equipment remains the property of Dot Internet Solutions Inc. and must be
returned upon request or at the end of the service term.
Acceptance of Terms
By accepting and using rental equipment, the client agrees to all terms described on this page and in
any associated service agreements.
